Quick Privacy Reference (Core Commitments)
- Voice data: Raw voice recordings may be stored for up to 14 days for processing and quality assurance, then permanently deleted.
- Usage scope: Aecho processes voice data to generate structured communication and delivery insights for hiring decisions. Speech content is processed only when a feature requires transcription.
- Model training: Aecho may improve models using anonymized tonal features, not raw voice recordings or identifying speech content.
- Personal information: Names, resumes, social profiles, and generated outputs are stored in encrypted form and may be provided to you on request, subject to applicable obligations.

Service description
Aecho provides voice intelligence services that process communication patterns in speech to generate structured hiring insights across Aecho software, APIs, and platforms.
Use limitations and disclaimer
- Insights are supplementary and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
- Outputs are generated using AI and statistical models and should be interpreted within broader hiring and business context.
- You are responsible for obtaining all legally required consents from individuals whose voice data is submitted.
Prohibited conduct
- No discriminatory or unlawful use of the service.
- No reverse engineering or extraction of proprietary algorithms.
- No circumvention of security controls or unauthorized access.
Termination
Aecho may suspend access where terms are violated or where required by law. Upon termination, platform access ceases immediately subject to your governing agreement.
Privacy Policy
Data collection and processing
- Voice data: Communication patterns may be extracted for structured processing; raw audio is deleted after 14 days.
- Personally identifying information (PII): Names, email addresses, resumes, and social profiles provided during use are encrypted at rest and stored securely.
- Generated outputs: Processing outputs are stored securely to support historical records and reporting.
Data usage policy
- Aecho does not sell or rent your data.
- Data is used to fulfill service requests, generate insights, refine models using de-identified tonal features, and support account administration.
Data retention and deletion
- Voice recordings: automated deletion after 14 days.
- PII and generated outputs: retained while your account remains active for service continuity; export/deletion requests can be made to [email protected].
- Anonymized data: de-identified datasets may be retained for long-term research and system optimization.
Data Security & Contact
- Encryption: PII is protected using industry-standard encryption (including AES-256 at rest) and TLS in transit.
- Infrastructure: Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) with enterprise-grade controls.
- Access controls: Sensitive data access is restricted to authorized personnel using strict IAM policies.
- Your rights: You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data at any time, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
